Motivation

November 23, 2015

The Equifinality Principle states that there is more than one way, and no right way, to reach a goal.

While some people may be naturally more ambitious, motivation is something you can develop, no matter who you are. Never let anyone make you believe that what you or they perceive to be lack of motivation is a permanent curse or character trait.  Set you goals, figure out the skills you will need, and go for it!

Just because you can’t see an answer to your problem, that doesn’t mean one doesn’t exist.

October 27, 2015

How often do we limit ourselves, without even knowing it?  Sometimes it seems there is only one way to do something.  Sometimes it seems that we are in a situation where there’s no way out.  Or we think something it impossible to attain.  The amazing thing is that all of that can change with the smallest shift.  One way to make it happen is by talking about it with a trusted friend or resource person.  Keeping it to ourselves is good way to stay stuck.  With an open mind and the belief that we never know what answers are out there in the universe, anything can happen!
